There are certain qualities you need to look for in a real estate agent, especially if you want to buy a real estate property in Benzie. Interviewing your prospects is usually a good idea, but finding the right real estate agent is easier said than done.

In order to choose the best agent for your real estate needs, you need to consider factors like how long they have been licensed and how many deals they have closed.

Experience matters, especially when it comes to real estate. You want a buyer’s agent who is familiar with the ins and outs of the industry, so they can give you proper advice throughout the process. Whether you are buying or selling a property in Benzie, they can walk you through it and help you handle any problem that you may encounter along the way.

When it comes to real estate properties in Benzie, it pays to have a real estate agent who is really familiar with the area. Your agent should know the area well enough to give you the answers for some of your most important questions. They need to know about nearby school districts, universities, shopping centers, hospitals, etc. This could make a big difference in your decision-making process as you look for a property to buy. The more information you can get, the better.

Ideally, you want a real estate agent who is active in the industry. Ask them about how many transactions they have done so far within the year. Although the actual number doesn’t matter, you can get an idea of how well they are doing at keeping their business consistent.

Finally, you need a real estate agent who is available when you need them. Agents need to be available during business hours to manage the logistics of your real estate transaction. Real estate is a tough business when it comes to the hours. Most of the time, agents also have to be available after work hours to meet with clients. A good agent will make sure they are available when you need them so they can handle problems that may arise during the transaction.

Don’t just take your agent’s word for it. You can easily find testimonials online from clients they have worked with in the past. This is one of your most reliable sources of information when it comes to real estate agents.

Amber Cyman, for example, consistently receives positive feedback from her clients, which you can read about online. This gives you an idea on how effective she is when it comes to helping her clients secure their dream homes. Here are a few of those testimonials about Amber Cyman:

“Amber is hands down the best realtor we’ve ever worked with! Buying a home is so hard when there’s so much competition but with her work ethic there’s nothing really that stands in her way. She works tirelessly and will fight for you every step of the way and she really has your best interest at heart. She’s honest with telling you everything that is wrong with any home and has a great amount of local knowledge to find you the most perfect home. I could go on and on but bottom line is just get her to represent you and you won’t be sorry. She’s the best of the best!”

-Natasha Hegarty bought a single family home in 2019 for approximately $300K in Traverse City, MI 49684-

Another testimonial is from a user named DavidRhine7, who bought and sold a home in 2017 in Traverse City, Michigan:

“We took 2 years to find the house of our dreams and Amber was with us every step of the way. We had a tough price point and some high standards but Amber took our challenge and made it an amazing experience. If there was ever a listing that came up, it didn’t matter what time a day Amber would send it. With no reservation and with the highest regard – there is only one call you should make when trying to find a house and that’s to Amber Cyman. Finding a house is a process, you have the beginning stages, finding your house, closing, and then after closing. It has taken me a year to write this but even to this day Amber still cares and asks us how everything is going. You will Not find a better realtor.”

Amber Cyman was voted 2019 Traverse Magazine “Red Hot 10 Best Realtors” for Northern Michigan. She has also received the Bronze, Silver, and Gold Awards from Real Estate One. But as Amber herself will tell you, awards don’t mean everything when it comes to real estate.

What’s more important is Amber’s passion for homes and for helping people find an investment property for their dream home. The awards and the recognition are just the cherry on top.

Amber Cyman is also very active within the community in groups such as Immaculate Conception PAC, Child Family Services, and Harvest MOPS group.

Amber loves to negotiate for home sellers. She knows the importance of being well-prepared so she could defend her clients against low ball offers.
